Convert that into cash equivalent and double it. It will take that much dough to develop the resource. No one will buy this company unless the price of silver starts to advance, then it's a lock to be bought. Otherwise, it's develop.

That makes the company dotcommish because who is to say we don't go into a period of inflating Mexican wages and material prices, flat and declining silver prices due to strong dollar among other things, new laws concerning land use and management from a previously indifferent Mexican government, and the eventual payoff somewhere maybe out in the future. Thus, this is dead money unless silver price advances. Besides, if the price of silver advances who is to say that the Mexican government won't find a way to tax foreign profits?

Who cares about some metal in the ground? How does that create future value regardless of the price of silver? It doesn't. Future value comes from the added effort, skill, and entrepreneurship of individuals solving problems that are important to most humans. That isn't the case with silver. By the year 2020 every known industrial application of silver will be displaced by other materials. The name of the game is materials science. Aside from that there is jewelry. Silver jewelry, highly prized by the Yaqui Indians when they are in a certain state of mind only.
