Thus, this is dead money unless silver price advances. Besides, if the price of silver advances who is to say that the Mexican government won't find a way to tax foreign profits?

re the above : then royalty plays might be the best bet, such as franco nevada.

ps : the inco/voisey bay shares did not go to zero, although the property is not currently being mined. if there is stuff in the ground...
