Starband, the artist formerly known as Gilat-To-Home, also filed an S-1 today. It appears their outlandish claim of 20-25,000 subs per transponder is not correct. They now are getting about 7,500. Simple math would show how any amount of success would consume all available transponders in North America. They expect a million subs in three years. Even if they get subs per transponder up to 10K, they would still need 100 transponders. Good luck Starband.
