Of course you haven't done your homework again. It is like the US debt owned by foreigners.. you didn't take the time to check. BAY has a NAV of $3.75 per share with silver prices of US$4.00. At silver US$5.00, the payback period is 1 year and return on investment is near 60%.

As for the rest of your comment on what can happen in Mexico.. We can't be sure. But the Sonora state has jurisdiction over mining activities and they have been pro-mining forever. There is no reason this will change.
They need the jobs.

As for your opinion on silver. Simply check on a regular basis the fabrication demand numbers and the new industrial applications that uses silver. You will realize that again, you are wrong.
