Paul, RE: When posters here talk about having a cost basis in CSCO under $5, I doubt they're quaking in their boots during this downturn. Cost basis is rather irrelevant. Someone that owns 1,000 shares with a cost basis of $5 still believes that this asset is worth over $50,000 today. If your assumption is true, then it would follow that this same person would not be celebrating if CSCO doubled, either. And we both know that would not be true.
