yeah, he's been trying to cement a lot of deals but we've seen nothing really concrete in terms of results...go to: uscement.com for his latest spectacular business plan. Lot's of "stuff" flying back and forth, including his hiring of a stock promoter who operates from his office in Mexico but is now helping in Las Vegas where Larry is.
