Hello Dealer:

Well, we usually like to keep the membership requirements secret, but I will outline a few for you just to get you started:

(1) You must buy MU puts and have them expire worthless;
(2) You must write a lengthy post explaining why Fed Governor McTeer is certifiably brain-dead;
(3) You must tell LUC to STFU;
(4) If you wish to join the "skinhead" division, you will of course need to shave your head; and
(5) If you are normally a mild-mannered soft-spoken individual, it would help if you were to develop a severe case of Tourette's Syndrome.

After these have been completed, expect to receive your decoder ring and membership certificate in the mail within 5 to 7 days.
