I would think think this a temporary low myself. But what I see around me is dis-interest. This is spooky. I thought the Lows were far away, yet the average investor is not looking at the Nightly Business Report saying

"Well, I'm loading up on Lucent tomorrow.........."

What's with that? Are the cocktail investors really not buying this drop?
