gg, no disrespect intended re: doublespeak class. seriously, misleading w/o lying is an artform valued beyond almost any skill in this "new economy." i'm not saying that press release was not accurate. i am saying is that there could be a disaster and morgan c/b telling the truth. my understanding is that options aren't marked to market until dispositioned if it suits the option holder. EVERYTHING is SELF INTEREST squared in the "new economy."
