Allan, I do play turns in the market. I am a position trader, and so my preferred timeframe is 2 weeks-6 months. Obviously this takes some discipline, but I feel that I am forced into this stance by the fact that this present market makes it so difficult to be a LT investor.

I have just recently picked up a few cautious long positions, and I covered my MWD short today. But I still think that the long-term trend is down, and so I am still short OMC and have 70% in tbills.

I don't discuss this much here since it simply isn't the nature of the thread, as you say. FWIW.
