Imo, MikeyT, you've been investing too long not to suspect that the takeover isn't about $41, because you know very well if it were, absolutely everybody would be rushing to buy SVGI at today's price of 30 1/2 and so push the SVGI price way higher. So you've cleverly got me to do your research for you. -g- Which is: it's actually about getting 1.286 shares of ASML --not cash-- and though those 1.286 shares were once worth $41 - now, with ASML having come down in price along with other tech stocks, those 1.286 shares (at today's ASML close of 26 1/4) are only worth ... oops, you won't get me to do everything.
