MikeyT. Yes, if the deal were collared appropriately, we could've been trading closer to 41. To my limited knowledge, there's no collar at all. SVGI will continue to sell at some discount to whatever 1.286 shares of ASML sell for.

Anybody here know more about a collar on the deal?
