Some questions:
1: I don't know squat about Etruscan, so can anyone explain to me why this 2 for 1 swap is a good deal? (Just based on the relative share price and the high number of shares already out for eet, it's not obvious to me at present. And other shareholders might not see it either when it comes time to vote on it.)

2: Also, will both companies remain halted until this is finalized (meaning current relative values will stand)? If not, our share prices could quickly drop to adjust to 1/2 the price of EET.

3. Has anyone found an active/useful message board for T.EET?
