Rambi-- I don't believe the Byrd murderers were charged under any law other than capital murder. Bush has turned a blind eye to hate crimes legislation. Bush could have sent a powerful message by supporting the bill endorsed by the Byrd family. He didn't. Now that it's a national issue with his candidacy minorities will take note.
