Hi Richard, funny how you suggest STY still holding up. This companies stock surely does not move in a normal range, we never got the highs, so I would be insulted if we only got the lows.
I missed the shareholders meeting, last year I gave Hutton shit for missing the internet, this year I would have asked when he would be resigning. I am sorry to say Richard that the future of STY remains with what General is willing to do with their block. Hutton must go or the company sold.
The settlement of 1 day from the present 5 days should benefit STY in Canada, maybe the US and Europe which will be dragged into the process with London firms calling on Star. Mind you were a few years away, I would hope to I either own stock in larger company from a STY takeover by then or have moved on by then.
Hope your holding up, it appears New York changing heart with their own valuations on tech crap or better said making a great buying opportunity in the next few weeks with great plumbing, chip and wireless/telco stocks. They are such a piece of work telling investors why today a company is not worth 100+ times earnings, but hey thats how they earn their keep. Be well!
