Jan,

I have no crystal ball. After I get a CLASS signal, I just look for little clues that will give me a hint on a day-by day basis.

I do feel that there will be a rally before election, whether it is now or later in the month - heck if I know for sure.

I can tell you this for today, I dont like the way the DOW futures are down with the NAZ futures up strongly. I know that the futures can change on the dime, but it is still a small clue of sector rotation from the DOW into the NAZ. If that does occur that would be good for the NAZ, but just for a limited amount of time. SECTOR ROTATION rallys have not lasted, as has been the case for the last 1.5 years. Many believed that once one sector moves up the other will follow, but with SECTOR ROTATION for the last 1.5 years this type of SECTOR ROTATION RALLYs just dont last and eventually end up correcting. For those who dont believe it, then why are the major indices still around the same levels of last year.

Good rallys should be broad based, and in light of the recent strong pullback the overall market should move up together; if not then I will interpret that as lack of strength in the rally and could stall before most expect it to.
