CellStar Announces Agreement With Talkline Nederland B.V. Will Provide Distribution and
Fulfillment Services for Full Line of Cell Phone

CARROLLTON, Texas, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- CellStar Corporation (Nasdaq: CLST), a
global, value-added wireless logistics services leader, today announced an agreement with
Talkline Nederland B.V. under which CellStar Netherlands, B.V. will provide fulfillment and
logistics services to supply Talkline and its customers with a full line of cell phone handsets
and accessories.
