WebMD Announces Executive Leadership and Board of Director Changes PR NEWSWIRE - October 12, 2000 08:01 ATLANTA, Oct 12, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- WebMD Corporation (Nasdaq: HLTH) announced today that Jeffrey T. Arnold has resigned from his position as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company and from the Board of Directors of the Company and that Martin J. Wygod has assumed the position of sole Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr. Arnold said, "In the last two years, we have put together the assets required for WebMD to take a leading role in the evolution of healthcare.
