Hi Phoenix, although I agree with the article that it is a long shot, but NT has little to lose, so, everything is a gain, I don't think it will cost more to consumer for a totalistic standpoint. By that I mean the wool will always come from the sheep. It depends at which point the cost is buried. If, and a big if, this is successful, higher demand at the last inch :) will likely to reduce the production cost at the same time the markup margin at the core will be lowered. Additionally, there is be greater use of bandwidth to resolve the uplink speed issue. Can't say it is not a win-win situation for NT, from both the router and the pipe demand perspective
