The internet is a fantastic equalizer for the consumer. My girlfriend just ordered this camera from Staples this morning. Notice the retail price. staples.com She is paying Staples 209.99 plus tax delivered to my home. She never had to leave her desk. On top of that she gets a 4% rebate from all orders placed at Staples AND she gets a rebate because she is a Staples Dividend Customer AND points on her credit card. You go find a better deal from a retailer. She knows how to bargain hunt and the internet is her tool. Lest you think I am lying...the start of the deal is a price match with Office Max. She has been waiting for this camera to show up on Staples website. Once it did, she added a little twist of a Staples coupon and she ended up with a camera for a damn good price. She pays 209.99 while the next guy who orders has to fork over $560.49
