the vendor financing issue should eventually impact many companies...payments are now probably received in the form of stock warrants as a matter of course with the shutting down of the junk bond market, and the equipment producers will perforce have to agree to more and more such financing deals if they want to make their quarterly numbers...just as the credit card cos. and the cos. lending to weak credits have to expand their balance sheets exponentially to outrun the defaults...
