Hi Raymond - if memory serves, some people did question Clark [& Doerr] timing of the purchase after their announcement of buying an additional $220MM and they said that they didn't do so right away b/c they were insiders. How is that relates to his leaving of the BoD, I ve no idea. If they have a large enough position, don't they still have to file with the SEC? I don't remember the % though. Ultimately, I see this is a huge transition, with Wygod at the helms, we will have to see his track record with MMGR. And my guess is that Janus will evaluate accordingly too best, Bosco
