Thanks for the information. A simular article ran in the
San Diego Union.

The Mac stategy seems to be blowing up. But I believe even
if their stategy was correct,it would take a year or two to
see improvements. I remember when Sears tried to redefine
themselves to their customers, it took four years. Most big
companies can't change rapidly. Right or wrong, I ignore
what Mac does.
