Question for John and the thread: has the company given any guidance re effect of the share price on the merger? I seem to recall a share price of $20 as one of the necessary conditions. I saw their recent reiteration of their commitment to the deal, but its not clear to me how they would address the share price issue. Certainly not w/cash? Has anyone on the thread projected the numbers on this? Granted, we'd get a short term pop if the deal fell through, but I believe that the merger is in fact in the best interests of the company, and I'd be disappointed to see it fall apart, assuming that it can still be done without too many contortions. God knows I own plenty of this already, but at this level I can't help thinking about buying even more. All comments welcome. Cheers.
