Let me add. It may not have come from India directly as venture capital. But it definitely has come from sources in India in other forms as I listed in other posts. In my case, the capital has been my dad's life savings that I paid in from of Fees to the University and for other expenses all of which was spent in US.
Intellectual capital, i.e people were educated in government subsidized hi tech schools. But this is a global economy and the capital flows both ways, obviously more will flow from higher to lower concentration.
So you are not exactly right in quoting me in that sense as I had clarified that issue on my previous post.
