CiVic-- How do you know institutions are giving indications of loading up? They can't be loading much, since selling predominates, so I just wanted to know if you could clarify what you meant. Obviously, that is something I would like to know about if institutions havee steeped up any buying. Could it be in specifics that have held up well (JNPR, EXTR)? OT, slightly, but why do you think the rug was pulled from NEWP a few days ago
