Prospectors Alliance Corporation - Trading To Continue On CDNX

Prospectors Alliance Corporation (YRP - CDNX Toronto, 21,116,121
outstanding shares) on its own behalf and on behalf of its merger
partners, the former International Larder Minerals Inc. (LRDR -
CDN Toronto, 44,477,306 outstanding shares) and Explorers
Alliance Corporation today announced that it anticipated a two to
three week hiatus between the amalgamation announced yesterday
and the completion of all of the formalities required for the
continuance of the listing of the new Explorers Alliance
Corporation on the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX). The Company
attributed the delay to the complex requirements of the
reorganization and the fact that the combining of the
shareholders' list of the three companies participating in the
merger into an accurate shareholders' list for the merged entity
would take some time to complete.
Prospectors Alliance Corporation shares will continue to trade on
a pre-consolidation basis pending approval of the listing of the
new shares of Explorers Alliance Corporation by CDNX. In the
meantime, the Company will be working closely with CDNX in order
to provide to the shareholders and the market generally a smooth
transition to the trading in the shares of the new Explorers
Alliance Corporation. The particulars of the transition to the
new basis of trading will be announced in a timely manner.
