The ChangeWave Advisory Service makes a very compelling argument that we are near a market bottom, based on the very high "fear" indicators that abound at their highest levels all year. Also over 900 bil in money market accounts now, at their highest level. But aside from being negative on Dell, MSFT, INTC, CPQ et al specifically, they made a good point about the heavy selling going on by mutual funds in advance of their 10/31 yearend. Many will show losses this year and thus are under huge pressure not to show tax liability as well to their customers, and thus will pair losing sales with sales of winners. I suspect there is a lot of selling of Dell going on right now associated with this. Should be a very strong Nov/Dec. This company may not be performing quite the way most of us thought, but at this price, geez...
