Rarebird: Time to recognize how much the world changed this morning. All bets are off. War in the Middle East is both tragic and of substantial significance to the rest of the world through oil prices which in turn impact just about everything, including currencies and, yes, even the price of gold. A match dropped in a dry forest will not soon be contained. There are well organized interests ready to fan the fire. This is the new world of economic terrorism.
