This stock would be fairly valued at $30.00. Its prospects for the future are not damaged by the 2nd Q announcement. It is the momentum of the market (and the short sellers) which have taken this stock way below where it should have stopped. It is like Micron at 16 or IBM at 55. The information necessary to see that the 2nd Q profits would decline was already known- that is why there was a hugh short position in the stock even before the announcement. Now that it has happened, the bad news is out. The bottom is near- it will not reach even close to 12.
