I've been using WOW daytrader 7 with the FDCN feed ever since the feed was available (as opposed to the WOW.com fully web based offering). It works pretty well for me. I get the charting and quote lists and news (same as wow.com) with the added convenience of full line of indicators (built in and custom) and custom scans that were part of the wow 7 daytrader.

I think Omega will release an omega.com that is fully web based and will do everything the above combination does. I also expect it to be extremely expensive. So long as wow daytrader 7 and wow.com integrate seamlessly, which they do, it's a pretty powerful combination. And a whole lot cheaper then current omega trade station or (I'm guessing) the new omega.com offering when it arrives.

I'm no apologist for wow as I've had my share of troubles with them as well. However, daytrader 7 is a nice charting and scanning package and to be able to combine that with the wow.com web based offering has been a real plus. They probably didn't have to do that, but so long as they do I get a pretty powerful package for the monthly price of wow.com.

Curios if anyone else out there is doing this. If so, I have a question. With no new cd rom updates coming, how are you managing your data base of stocks. In other words, how do you know what new issues to add and how do you find and delete all dead issues?
