John, flash memory may be the storage medium of choice sooner than ten years, depending how quickly the price drops. Actually now it appears that a growing number of computer users are storing photo images on CD, where the large image size is still a very small portion of the total capacity of the CD. I store my images on hard disk but eventually archive them on zip disks. Art
