Zeev, my feeling is that the danger of the ME situation totally spinning out of control is very high. There appears to be a growing cycle of retribution on both sides. If the Israeli gov't feels compelled(for political reasons) to launch a harsh attack on the Palestinians it is quite possible that a movement towards a new oil embargo could begin. At any rate, until things cool off I can't see any sustained rally taking place. The market will probably be very weak tomorrow afternoon, with the danger of events over the weekend getting crazy.
