FWIW, I just received a letter from the Philadelphia law firm that is handling the distribution of the settlement of the class action suit against IFMX. The letter merely acknowledges that my Proof of Claim form was received and determines the amount of my claim. So far, no news of when a distribution will be made or how much money I will actually see. The claim amount, BTW, is not how much you get back. That amount is used to determine your share in however much is available for distribution. I suppose we're waiting to see how much the law firm gets before determining the pittance left over for the plaintiffs. Charlie
