DYPR: .035x.04, interesting company ...

I picked up some at .04 today, I would assume some
institutions are dumping. They filed Chapter 11 yesterday
but they have worked out a deal with Procter & Gamble and
Fleet Capital Corp. They are doing $200mil in revenues
annually.

NEWS: The company sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection
less than two weeks after disclosing that it owed millions
of dollars to its giant competitor Procter & Gamble for the
right to use key patents for diaper making. As part of the
deal, Drypers announced an agreement with the Cincinnati-
based consumer products company that gives it the
intellectual property licenses to continue making its
products. The court will have to approve that deal, as well
as a financing arrangement giving Drypers $25 million in
loans from Fleet Capital Corp.
