So you are saying that the federal government will prosecute ALL murders, committed in any state, regardless of whether the perpetrator hated blacks, Jews, hispanics, etc.?

Hard to believe.

That is really scary. This is why I am disgusted with the ACLU for not speaking out against this nonsense.
