scott, well, your services are accepted.<G> I sold about half my position a year ago during the last run. glad i sold it then, and did not wait for the actual merger. on the shares i won now, i am underwater, but not drowning. thanks to the inability to margin issues under 5/share, i am not being kicked in the ass too badly. what really has me irritated is that the management has blown a fantastic opportunity. good luck to all, trey
