It's both a 'site' and a 'sight'. But 'city'? Yes, if you call Rimini a resort. Have you seen the mosquitoes in Rimini? Just stupendous! My hotel room's ceiling and walls were bloodied with these suckers. I was passing through this 'resort' once and stayed one night and don't wish to come back there again.
