CMOS what's going on? Is this selling due to convertible? 3MM shares off loaded. 3MM buyback. WHere is the floor? If I read it correct - 100MM bond = 3MM x $33 Now buy back 3MM at 18. OK so alomst 40MM saved over forking over cash for retirement of debt? Not a bad deal at all! Is this correct? Personally retire more shares. On the day of announcement it was worth almost 100MM value of share buy back. Today that will fetch almost 5 to 6 MM shares! Great for EPS and long term.
