I understand Fidelity rejuggled most of its sector fund management and many of them left the firm for greener pastures. Typically new fund managers will clean out their funds.

Same may be happening at Janus as several have left recently.

The Ameritrade index (ameritradeindex.com) has been heavily buy orders (retail). I suspect that since most mornings have been up before the real action, the retail investor is still net buying. When you see a stock take a big dive, you see a big number of buy orders in Ameritrade.

IBD publishes MF cash ratio.
