I sent EMail to a member of the Mattson team with a question along those lines and I was politely reminded of things like "quite period" and "selective disclosure" :') I will note that I read in a certain sense of confidence in the tone. But then the stock was not exactly <10 at the time.

In the end, Brad has a few bucks invested in this one & I'm sure he will make the best decision for both his investment and ours.
