You are not pointing out the obvious, you are pointing out the ridiculous. The analyst's and market will judge AMD on it's own merits, not on some conspiracy to keep Intel at a high price. If that were the case, the conspiracy has failed.

AMD/Intel will go up or down together with the market for microprocessors. The competition between the companies is a NEGATIVE to the stock price for both companies. What needs to be done is to focus on growing the marketplace, not gaining marketshare at the expense of gross margin.

AMD and/or Intel can win the battle, but lose the war for the stockholders.
