All the agreements appear to have been 20 quarters in duration dating form last April. A better question is does Elpida pay royalties on the Dram produced in Hitachi and Nec fabs or do Nec and Hitachi pay those royalties? t depends on how the accounting for production is done between the two companies. It appears that the fabs are being operated by two different companies currently and not by the joint venture Elpida.
