Albert RE:"Dan Niles"

Albert, could you explain me Dan's entry:
Debt To Capital 42.9 %

AMD statement at amd.com

Cash position = $1.23 billion as of end Q3 00
Long term debt = $1.22 billion as of end Q3 00

more precisely at amd.com

Total current liabilities 1,064M
Long-term debt, capital lease obligations and other, less current portion 1,223M

Liability + long term dept = 2,287M /8,000M = 28.5%

If we remove cash position of 1,223 then
Liability + long term dept - cash = 1,064 = 13.3 % of Capt.

In no way I can see Dan's 42.9% as Debt to Capital.

Anybody could help me on this?

Gottfried
