Now you want to go back to the FRAUD and THEFT in the Dept. of Education - or would you rather try & forget that?

I don't recall saying anything about the Dept. of Education. I'm sure there's fraud and theft in any number of Government agencies. I'm sure you could find some in DOD procurement, except that it isn't patriotic to talk about that. It's a real problem, and needs attention, but Government's power to police itself is limited - under any administration - and needs constant outside scrutiny to support it.
