I'm sure you're right about a tender offer from Clark but it's likely that at these levels some of the dot.coms will become subject to LBOs by management in the years to come. That is if their business models can be made to pay off when their management stops looking for pie in the sky and starts sweating the details of how to make it into a paying business.

I remain interested in this company because its story is still so compelling. This is similar to the business that I owned and was personally involved in building up to 230 employees in three cities before I sold it three years ago. We resolved hospital accounts receivable by completing Medicaid applications, resolving disputed insurance claims and pursuing patient payments (selfpay).

The inefficiencies that existed then and now in hospital and physician admission and billing practices remain present and still offer wonderfully profitable opportunities to any system that can reduce transactional expenses.
