Wording from Diana on the LMNE IPO - The Luminent IPO is progressing - the Red Herrings (preliminary prospectuses) for Luminent have been printed. In regards to the road show, we are ready, but we will have to monitor market conditions daily with advisement from our underwriters before going forward on the road.
