I'm not whining, just pointing out that we don't know what he knows, and that uncertainty re the merger is an important factor. I've been lazy and haven't read all of the filings re the merger, but I think I'm going to need to do so. It is getting awfully cheap under just about any scenario other than one in which they go to heroic (?) lengths to keep the deal together, if indeed such should become necessary. If it does in fact go down to the 7 - 8 level, it will be hard to resist. AD
