Ok, Looks like the three directors of LACI each have questionable backgrounds. And of course MH Myerson would never win awards for cleanliness. Iscove is CFO of NTCS (0FF 92%), Bossung was a 144 seller of MCYC (Off 94%) (Which MAY be merged into LACI from what I hear) And Todd Sanders is an ex seton hall basketball player and supposedly owns a shitload of MCYC via Strategic Capital or something. And we know Myerson would sell their mothers for a buck. They are going to do what they can to make themselves the most money possible. This suggests some kind of PUMPING. Its holding up well at $1.75 suggesting that these guys want this nasdaq listing. I sure don't expect them to actually give a rats ass about their fiduciary duty to shareholders ! LOL All that being said, I hope they pump it to $10, I will have sold out & went short.
