Are you saying that the theft of $1.9 million from the Dept. of Education, by bureaucrats who have probably served several administration, and would be as ready to steal under Republicans as they would be under Democrats, caused or expedited a terrorist attack on a Navy ship in Yemen?

Pretty thin causative chain there.
